Food was delicious! Delivery took over an hour on a Friday night, about 4 miles away. Won't make me not order again, but just be aware they can be a bit slow. Pickup is probably a better option.

The wings in the order were plain fried wings, not teriyaki wings as ordered. This is maybe the first or second time in 3 years the order has been wrong.

I never expect anything less than perfect, and Grand China has been consistently perfect since I moved here a decade ago. They've changed locations, but their quality and service hasn't changed a bit. Favourite restaurant in the greater Chattanooga area, hands down. Delivery guy is super nice as well.

Our order was not correct when received. We did not get the chicken chow mein. It was a completely different meal, but was eaten and good.

Pretty disappointed. Ordered tonight, had to call 1.5hr later and they said they basically forgot to deliver. Chicken was soggy, rice clumpy, “crispy” noodles stale. Paid full price for this mistake

Quick delivery! Great taste and very fresh! Orange chicken did not disappoint and fried rice and noodles were great! Wish they had more veggies in the rice but I ordered it as a side. Spring roll was perfect and crunchy.

Order was delivered on time. ( First time ordering online and delivered, great experience ). The driver was very curious, food was nice and hot, great number of soy sauce and duck sauce packets, sweet and sour sauce. Only slight issue, the fortune cookies where stale. I've placed and picked up many orders from Grand China over the past few years and it's always been great food and great service. Thank you
